Going Ungracefully

I'll be the old lady in the tight, purple skirt

About

As Polonius counsels his son Laertes in Shakespeare’s Hamlet, so strive I:

Costly thy habit as thy purse can buy,
But not express’d in fancy; rich, not gaudy;
For the apparel oft proclaims the man, (1.3.70-73)

Actually, that’s not entirely true. I do, at times, express myself in the fancy, rich AND gaudy, and I accept what that may proclaim 😉

  1. Hi doll. So sorry to hear that you’ll be blocked from the Flickr images! I will only be doing those for my outfits, and Husband Mike is in the same boat: He can’t view them at work. But I feel like it’s the best move for the blog, since I get TONS of comments about folks not being able to see the images and no one bothers to click to enlarge. Hope you’ll keep reading … I know it’s a pain in the arse!

  2. Well, spoke too soon! Several other readers have made the same request, and I just found a way to keep them in Google. I renege!
